How old do you have to be to enter the attraction?

We recommend 12 years and up, but it is up to the individual child. It is a high scare haunt! There is one price for all ages. 

How long is the wait time?

This will vary from night to night, but Fridays and Saturdays are the busier nights and will get busier closer to Halloween. We operate on timed slots to avoid any issues with long wait times. You are expected to be at the venue approx 15mins before allocated time.

Are actors allowed to touch you during the experience?

We have a “no touch” rule, but there could be some incidental contact. 

how long does it take to go through the entire experience?

It can take in excess of 45 minutes to experience the entire attraction. Depending on multiple factors this is an approximate number.

what should i wear to the event?

It is not recommended to wear expensive clothes/shoes. You will experience both indoor/outdoor sections that will be potentially wet, damp, cold etc. Due to this it is advised to wear boots/wellies, old (warm) clothes and raincoat dependent on the weather.

The event will take place rain/shine.

Do you use strobe lights?

Yes! We use multiple strobe effects, combined with smoke/fog, UV lighting, loud music and many more effects. If you suffer from any medical conditions please be aware of this.

what are some of the rules for the attraction?

If there is any reason to suspect you are highly intoxicated, being aggressive, or hostile, we reserve the right to remove you from the premises. We will not tolerate ANY such behaviour on any level and you will be escorted from the park by our security team alongside local authorities.

For entry to our haunt attraction, we may require a photo ID. Please note that a copy of your ID will be securely held for one night only and will be destroyed immediately afterward. This measure ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees(does not affect your GDPR). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We are enforcing NO large bags or backpacks policy this year. You will not be allowed through the gate with them.

There is no admission charge to people not going through the Haunting Experience. You’re able to have concessions in the front building, shop in our store, or sit down and enjoy the atmosphere.

Once in the attraction we do not permit any video recording on mobile phones etc. The experience is dark and dimly light for the most part. This is a conscious decision by our team to create a scary environment and constantly using phones, lights etc will ruin the experience for other guests.

We reserve the right to remove any guest from the facility at any time, as well as refusing admission at the front gate.
