**Be warned:** This is not your standard (boo) haunted house. This is an intimate audience participation event where you will experience your own simulated horror film by walking through curated mazes designed to entertain and scare you. This is an extreme scare experience. The event features several intense scenes that create a realistic experience. While every precaution has been taken, your reaction or the reaction of others to scare moments may cause you to collide with other people or the set walls/props. Any resultant damage or injury is at your own risk and must be understood before proceeding to accept our terms & conditions.

We strongly advise against wearing expensive clothing or heeled/expensive footwear. While every effort has been made to avoid damaging clothing, we cannot be held responsible if accidents happen.

For your safety and the safety of our actors and staff, the event is monitored live with CCTV footage, roaming security, and the presence of An Garda Síochána.

You will not be admitted, and no refunds will be issued, if we believe you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or any other substances. This is for your safety as well as the safety of our customers and staff.

This haunted attraction contains special effects, disturbing audio, smoke and fog effects, hydraulics, tight spaces, indoor and outdoor all-weather conditions, cold and warm settings, strobe lights, and high-impact scares.

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, you should be in good health and free from heart, breathing, back, knee, or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by our attraction.

The attraction is not recommended for children under the age of 12, expectant mothers, persons with epilepsy, and those who experience anxiety in enclosed and tight spaces. Younger teenagers may need to be supervised by an adult if they are faint-hearted. Due to the limitations in the size of the passageways, persons with any physical limitations are not recommended to experience this event.

This is an all-weather event (Rain/Shine) and will only be cancelled or rescheduled due to severe RED weather warning. Due to this fact, we cannot offer any returns/refunds under any circumstances.
